When my daughter was looking to buy a home she used Tracy to help her locate the best home in her price range. Tracy was a wonderful go between for my daughter and the builder/seller. When setting up the house tour she was constantly calling the builder/seller to make sure they would be there so that our time was not wasted by waiting around. We had a neat but unusual lake property with lots of acreage. Tracy found a perfect match with the buyers and skillfully executed the entire deal. During the transaction, mold was found on the property. Tracy kept everyone calm, assisted in getting the mold remediated, and kept the closing date on time. Highly recommended.

Reviewing an agent that describes my experience is not easy. Using a computer “form” to help me define this, doesn’t work very well either. All I know is that everything worked. Every time I got in trouble, Tracy was there, helpful, polite and coming up with some useful resources. And I didn’t always call her asking for help, she was calling me, staying on top of everything. Her advice and suggestions were useful and helped me get through all the steps that were right for me. This showed me time and again that she enjoyed helping her clients as people in need,… not for any other reason. Would recommend her to anyone.
